Customer Service Department
Clients can come to our customer service department in person during office hours for procedures like account handling, stock deposit and withdrawal.
Tailored Broker Service
Most securities firms only provides securities trading service but not tailored service from a specified broker. Such generic services fall short of providing rooms for communication in a frank and close manner to ensure mutual understanding. With a strong focus in customer relations, Fulbright offers tailored broker service so that our clients can share their investment experience freely with their acquainted brokers, and thus acquire more investing skills along the road.

Fax
Clients can contact us using fax. Apart from general enquiry, clients can fax bank-in receipt, address proof, letters updating personal information and other correspondence with their names, account numbers and authorized signatures to a specified fax number. Our staff will follow up shortly.
Email
Fulbright has a high quality email response service to serve clients who prefer email correspondence. Clients who have made online transfer may print the receipt in HTML or PDF format and email to us for confirmation.
Email and Fax Daily Statement
Fulbright provides daily statement service via email or fax. To apply, clients may fill in their email address or fax number upon account opening and specify their preferred format of receiving the daily statement: mail, fax or email. Email or fax is recommended (the built-in fax service in Windows XP). With daily statements, clients can easily track their updated transaction status and account balance. Electronic statements can be stored in a computer without consuming any space while at the same time help to protect the environment by reducing paper wastage.
