A successful listing case

Kaisa Group Holdings Ltd. (stock code: 1638.HK) is one of the leading property developers in the Pearl River Delta region. Kaisa Group was successfully listed on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on December 2009.

For such successful case, proceeds from the listing of Kaisa Group were not less than HK$4 billion. This demonstrates that Kaisa Group has been striving to expand its business, strengthen its capital structure and gain recognition of its achievement by both the international capital market and Hong Kong investors.

Over the years since the listing, Kaisa Group has continued to facilitate fund-raising on its working capital (by issuance of convertible bonds and senior notes) through the listed platform in Hong Kong, for the purposes of seizing investment opportunities in real estate development projects and diversification of its scale of business. Thereby, Kaisa Group unceasingly pursues expansion of its scale and increase of its profitability; hence it ranks top 30 among the hundred largest real estate enterprises in China.
